You can have 1 forum account.
This 1 forum account is linked 3 game game accounts (link them at
https://na.nasomi.com/account/login.php).
Each game account gets 1 character. Two characters can do anything. The 3rd is programatically limited to level 10 and must be kept in towns only.
This has always been the rule but people didn't follow it. The new account system is going to force them to follow it. The new account system is only softly enforced right now, as you can still log in without linking a character to a forum account at this time. In the future, you will have to have your account linked before it can log in.

I believe that if three characters are used in the field they will be disconnected. I have heard similar of players that have attempted to multi-HELM and were disconnected from the client. I will solely use one character to assist my mule for travel and town access purposes only- I just wanted it to be known.
Using a third character would make gaining access slightly easier but not by much and is not worth the risk. I am grateful that I am able to use one character to assist in these matters.
