Everything is working fine on my end. Do the menus pop-up and not populate with data, or does nothing happen at all?

I have the same problem. I think it happens for players in China. The only solution I’ve found is to use VPN.

Also, are you using Mobile data to connect? When I'm forced to tether my laptop to my phone, I'm unable to use the AH search functions.

RobertM, when you are tethering, can you use the command line player /sea, or is that broken along with the AH ?

An interesting thing happened to me last year, my ISPs DNS servers went down. I could login and play, but AH and sea didn't work. Switched to alternative DNS servers and AH/sea worked. Maybe try alt DNS servers?
