I love how he is accusing other people of socialist when he's acting like stereotypical socialist leader. Hoarding all the wealth because he's the leader and saying it's for the good of the LS, and finally trying to prevent all the productive members from leaving not by incentive but by emotions (because he can't use force it has to be emotional blackmail or insulting).

Ironically the people who are leaving are acting like the capitalist as they feel their labor is not being compensated enough and are leaving for other employers/linkshells with higher incentives or the ones they want.
