 Post subject: CoP 3-1 bugged for me

I'm trying to get past CoP 3-1 but it won't allow me to move past the end of the mission where I must speak to cid and update the mission. I don't get a CS, I've finished a stupid Rolanberry quest for him, and I waited a whole day but nothing. Anyone know how to get past this?

did you get the cutscene in port bastok?
