It isn't prohibited, unless you are using both computers and two different characters to spam a claim simultaneously. Which is plainly indisputably against the rules.

• Controlling a player character through use of a program or machine not directly controlled by the player is prohibited.
• Controlling two characters at once through any means at all is prohibited.

Why would I want them at the same time though? So they can both get locked by claim shield? You just need to accept the server isn't giving you a realtime play by play and find something else to be mad about.

Because if it wasn't, people would always claim they were using that method.
