Unsure about this. You may need to check your firewall and anti-virus settings, or temporarily disable them and test login. A couple other easier things to try 1st though - make sure you only have 1 character per game account, and go into NasomiXI Config under Misc. and uncheck "Show opening movie".

If none of these work for you, I recommend reinstalling.

Most likely, yes. If you can, delete those other characters. You can have 3 characters, but only 1 per game account. That's what you listed earlier from the account management page -

Main = main character
Alt = alternative character
Mule = mule character
1 character per login account. Make sense?
