When CN players play during their 4am.. they are RMT... but when NA players are active during their 4am.. they are legit and maybe "oh they are working shift"... what logic is that?

These seem to be targeted attacks on things that are commonly mentioned Nasomi issues with a clear hacker.
1) Ulli pop time / camp is terrible and diorite not existing.
2) fish camp out of era meriting/EZ mode merits.

Now I guess we will have to wait and see where the third attack will be. My guess is dyna bubu.

As far as saying it has to be boxx is maybe just a bit too convenient. It was a level 1 character made to grief so he could have made it just to draw suspicions to another player that was already in the zone.
