As a level 1 fisher, i finally reached level 2! But when I checked my craft skills section instead of jumping to 2, it dropped to 0. That was about 3 weeks ago and i have not gotten another fishing skill increase to correct the error since.

Fishing skill bug, iirc every time you skillup your fishing skills will raise in the UI but you actually won't get a skill level until 1.0 is obtained. This is fixed by zoning/logging but will appear every skill up. You can log into the account page and check your true fishing level from there.
