This quest is working.

The NPC text from the male NPC who starts the questline is incorrect. When you start this quest it will appear in your quest log as normal you need to proceed through it up to the point you place the ring the the snow as it says on the wiki. Once you have placed the ring in the snow you must wait until Nasomi midnight server time NOT 1MIN like it says on wiki or JST midnight like it says on other sites. Once the time has passed you will be able to get the cut scene and your ring from the snow and proceed through the rest of the quest to get your AF Body.

Yeah... this made me very sad when i started leveling ninja.

I got an explanation about NMs, some of them has been created after 2005, so they doesnt exist in Nasomi! I think that the point with Chocobo Leech !

Broken Quest: Say it with Flowers

Beware of flagging this quest as it blocks several key quests in Windurst. Currently the quest giver won't accept the tahrongi cactus that you give him. The quest giver is in Windurst Waters (south map) in a building on the far west area of the map.

On a side note, Hat in Hand doesn't work as well and as such, the 2 following quests are broken as well.

This single quest have been aggravating several LS members from Windurst. I can give you a list of the people that are affected but I think it would be easier to just fix the quest then to unflag every player who gets trapped in this quest.

Yes it's very annoying. You trade the flower to complete the quest and nothing happens. If you talk to other NPCs that were involved in the quest "Say it with flowers" they only talk about the flower you're supposed to get and wont start other quests they are supposed to start.

Today I soloed BCNM 60 Up In Arms, and both attempts received no drops think it is bugged.

... BCNM 60 is not implemented yet so not sure how you did that and yes, it would have no drops now anyway.
