Irrelevant extrapolation. If you AFK in an NM spawn area, you should expect to die. Other players actions have no bearing on that. Players take that for granted they won't die, but it is absolutely nowhere in the rules and happens regularly.

So you were teaching Chess a lesson not to afk in dangerous areas. Sounds like MPK to me. If you didn't use Flee+Hide you wouldn't have been banned. Try again.

Not at all. I was acting in self-preservation so I didn't wipe. Not the smartest idea to fight Despot with adds. Makes a lot of sense to distance myself and hide so I could regather. It's unfortunate Chess made a dumb mistake, although I did gift him a Despot had he been playing the game. But he wasn't.
