Shedding groundskeeper aggro so I can safely fight. I can't play the game for him, so no, it isn't my responsibility. If someone afk's in an aggressive spawn area, they forfeit their right to live. If he hadn't been afk he may have gotten a free despot because I was screwed.

MPK all comes down to intention. If you died while fighting Despot and it happened to kill Chess, sure whatever. But you admit to just watching it kill him after your actions caused it to hit him and did nothing about it. At that point your intention was to kill him since you had a chance to do something about it and didnt.

My intention was to save myself. I most likely would've died while fighting Despot if I continued how things were. I didn't realize it was my responsibility to both keep myself and other players safe inside of aggressive spawn areas. I guess we should write that one in the rules.

Whether or not chess was smart for going AFK there, you still hid it right there and allowed him to die. You could have taken it away from him and hid with no problems, but you didn't. Perfect dodge is a thing. That makes you an asshole and it made that a MPK. accept the ban, restart and learn about being a decent person.

Anyone with a 75 thf knows you can hold despot for a long ass time with just the base evasion and utusemi. You're point is shit. If it was a friend would you have been waiting for them to die to engage?

You didn't even heal yourself before engaging so you had HP, yes? Literally all you did pre-engage is watch cast ni and watch him die.
