No miracles necessary. Any place where there aren't aggressive monsters spawning or roaming is safe. It's pretty simple. Someone mentioned the telepad earlier, that would be an example, although the premise is more of an exclusion of places where you are not safe to AFK versus where is safe, because the latter is plentiful. You know how when you look for an exp camp that doesn't have aggro so you don't deal with adds every 5 minutes? Same principle when you're afking. This point has already been beaten into the ground.

The actual argument is what I've stated many times before: any person who chooses to afk inside of an aggressive area has forfeited their right to live, thus any player performing actions inside of that area has no responsibility to ensure the life of that afk player. Flee/hiding a monster outside of its spawn area on top of a player is MPK. I never said it wasn't.
