Regarding general merits:

Unlike retail you can MAX every type in HP/MP, Attributes, Magic and Weapon skill categories.
Also the level caps are higher! EG retail era you could only MAX 2 stats in Attributes and only until stage 5!
Here you can MAX every attribute 10/10. BUT AWARE that you can put in more levels than 10, they WON'T work tho!

This is a HUGE difference.

So why don't Red Mages have Magic Atk Bonus? Just a bug or re-balancing?

Garrison's do not work. (They haven't since the beginning.) Just tried to trade an item to Jugner Forest op and nothing happened :). I noticed this wasn't in your list.

Also I think Auto HP bug should be fully fixed since a recent maintenance, aside from a few incidences.

19. Emotes seem to work fine
70. As far as I know, he's working again
75. Regarding Prommies and the teleports, Go one at a time and / if you make it to the other side. Go quickly.

No idea, but you'll have it if you sub BLM. Also, if you're nuking, might as well be BLM anyways.

Likely an oversight, although I could honestly see there being an argument to be made about RDM being "too strong," it was certainly very good in retail.

Well RDM was always the jack of all trades so it could do each role quite well, just not excellent for min-max. It had decent nukes, power/dmg wise, only problem was skill and enemy resist, like landing nukes on bosses was much much easier for BLM.

But yeah, RDM was never weak. In retail, the only class that made RDM felt weak was actually BLU, since you had top notch everything, melee, spell damage, debuffs, refresh.. BLU was so OP.
