Hello, I got everything for the game installed and I was on the last steps of launching Ashita and logging in but I got these two error boxes. I launched as administrator so I'm not sure why it won't update, and then I am not sure what that missing file could be.

Any ideas? Thank you.

Ashita folder is set yo read only and you're missing a runtime.... Can't tell which but run them all again.

Okay so I got my computer all updated and everything and Ashita pops up but I cant remember my login information for Ashita. Am I basically screwed? Lol. T_T

You can create a new account, right? That's probably your quickest fix.

I didn't realize you haven't played in awhile. If you cannot recall your login information, you will need to speak directly to nasomi about the issue in naschat.

...Otherwise, yes. You would lose your old account and character(s).
