Would anyone be able to help clear the session for Miow? She hasn't been able to log on since yesterday, but it says she's online.
Recently, this has happened multiple times with my character Terra as well as with my friend's Miow.

I was talking with people in game and they said that you can't send mail to your storage alt.

I can't seem to log in both my alt and main though. If I try to open the ashita.exe a second time, it closes the existing window.

How do I get both characters logged in at the same time so I can trade and store stuff on my alt?

I figured it out.

I had to launch the Ashita client twice, then log both characters in.

If I logged in one character fully, and subsequently launched another ashita client instance, then it would crash the current game.

TL/DR: launch all the clients before you play.

Valerienlux can't get online. Every time she tries to login it gets stuck on LOADING DATA and her character gets stuck online. She can un-stick her character, but then it just happens again. Can you please help?
