No, but what stackable juices WILL do is enable that redmage to bring more juice too, while simultaneously making it an absolute requirement for any job with MP at all times. The WHM will still be left out in the cold (even though by all rights they shouldn't be), and Paladin will become more expensive to XP than ninja and Ranger combined unless juice is also adjusted accordingly (either recipes with higher yield, or an enhanced duration since it would be required to be active at almost all times). I mean if it isn't active at all times you can't replace the red mage, because Refresh is exactly that. Then again if it is active at all times, their's is still 3 MP/tick higher...
Cooks will probably love the change. As a red mage, this idea is awful. The whole point of adding Corsair was to be able to swap 1 of the 4 DD and the RDM out, and bring WHM in. Drop Evoker + healer rolls on the WHM with double ballad there is almost nothing the party could do with a rdm that couldn't be done with a whm.
The fix for Paladin would be making it so mobs don't hit meat shields like a Mack truck. I remember leveling WAR/MNK on retail with a greataxe and not being an MP sink like sword & board paladin is here. It's just a hole in the party that a healer dumps MP into.
