Chess was alive and fine while he was AFK. You then took an action that killed him. That's the definition of an MPK. Your saying of, "don't AFK in an NM zone unless you want to die" isn't actually a saying. It's just something you made up to make your cheating feel better.
Dying in an aggressive mob/NM spawn area is a feature of the game by design. It is there so you can't just AFK and get TODs, you actually have to play to advance yourself (i.e getting the TOD or killing the mob). Obviously, people try to circumvent that as much as possible to gain an advantage and have found small areas that allow you to avoid aggro and get TODs at the same time. This was not what happened in my scenario.

Not to mention saying "Chess RIP" or whatever shows Vivix knew exactly what was happening and what he was doing.
Like I've said before, I watched Chess die. My action in self-preservation unfortunately resulted in a situation where Despot killed him. He should have known better and made sure his character was in a nonaggressive area. I mean, shit, just look what your buddy Aeroo said: "if you're afk in a dangerous spot, get fucked."
... you think Chess was AFK to get Despot's ToD?
Again, he wasn't AFK in a dangerous area. He was AFK in an area that you made dangerous by pulling an aggro mob that doesn't despawn to him, and then using a JA to shed aggro.
People AFK at the teleport pad entering into Sky all the time... If you drag Despot down there and hide, you're going to get banned lol. Nas didn't talk to you because what you did was literally the perfect example of a rule he wrote to ban people.
As for the "he should've known better" defense, one of you is banned for the interaction and one of you isn't. You can decide who should've known better.
